Shipping, Delivery & Refund Policy
We aim to deliver your goods within 2-3 working days from the date of your completed order.
While we make every effort to deliver goods in the time frame specified, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this time frame. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
All delivery time frames are subject to stock availability and in case of changes our sales team will make contact within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Our system automatically sends a “Shipped Order” email to your nominated email address when we ship your order.
Where an incorrect address has been supplied at time of order, or our driver is unable to deliver due to the unavailability of a signatory, or if an item is to be redirected after dispatch, we may need to charge for any extra delivery costs incurred to us by our courier partner.
Out of Delivery Areas
Currently we delivery to all areas in the UAE however, deliveries may not be able to be made to islands, security controlled zones and defense areas.
As an alternative arrangement, these shipments can be held at our head office or warehouse.
Undeliverable Items
The courier company or logistics team will attempt to contact and deliver goods for a period of 2 days after first attempt. In addition, DR.O Cares Customer Services will also try to contact the customer for an additional 3 days to inform them of said delivery.
Any failure to reach customer from either party then the shipment is classed as “undeliverable” and returned to the company warehouse.
Refund Policy
We accept refunds or exchanges only for items with manufacturing defects.
- Eligibility: Claims for manufacturing defects must be made within 2 days of delivery.
- Inspection: Upon return, items will be inspected to confirm the defect.
- Refund Process: Approved claims will be refunded within 5 business days or replaced with a new item.
- Exclusions: No refunds or exchanges for items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or other non-manufacturing reasons.
